FAST Academy
TWU's new FAST Academy is a short-term, summer residential bridge program that is specifically designed to help foster-care alumni succeed and thrive!
Of the students with lived experience in foster care in Texas
enrolled in higher education within 7 years of turning 18
have not obtained a degree
of students are eligible are not utilizing the tuition and fee waiver
Students using the tuition and fee waiver are 3.5 times more likely to graduate with a bachelor’s degree within 6 years of turning 18
